EXCELLENT SERVICE In November, during Thanksgiving week, my car needed a major repair. I needed the car for Thanksgiving day. Amanda Fournier (Service) and Joe Allai In November, during Thanksgiving week, my car needed a major repair. I needed the car for Thanksgiving day. Amanda Fournier (Service) and Joe Allain (Finance) were involved with the repair and the service agreement. Each of them made an exerted effort to meet my need. They could not have done more. Their performance was OUTSTANDING. Their concern for the customer was obvious. Due to their efforts, I had my car the night before Thanksgiving. On a scale of one to ten, they are one-hundred. Clay Subaru should be extremely proud of Amanda and Joe, and should keep them in its employ for years to come. More
