He is amazing - very friendly, knowledgeable and straight-forward. There was no pressure to make a deal. He patiently answered the many questions we had and gave us very useful tips and honored the price we had agreed on via email with Allison. We got everything including RMV registration/ license plates/ communications with insurance companies, everything done in a timely fashion and without any hassles. Working with Mr. David Marcoux in the finance department was also very pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend Clay Subaru! More

Joe helped us through every step of the process from the test drive to literally putting the finishing touches on himself (bumper guard, license plates, etc.). It was especially amazing to drive off with my car same-day and not even have to go to the DMV because everything was already done. Comfortable showroom and easy to find location - highly recommend! My only tip is to make sure you ask in advance how long the whole process will take: they will all work diligently, but with so many steps, be sure to allot several hours of time. More
