Excellent, friendly, no-pressure customer service. I had the pleasure of buying my car from Joe today. There was zero pressure to buy and no "up-selling". Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable I had the pleasure of buying my car from Joe today. There was zero pressure to buy and no "up-selling". Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and explained the different features. He took his time and I never felt rushed. I traded in my pilot and he made the process easy. He brought up pricing from kbb and walked through the process with me there so I could see the results. There was no "wheeler-dealer" back and forth haggling. All pricing was up front and honest. This was by far one of my best car buying experiences ever and it was due largely in part to the outstanding service I received from Joe. I would highly recommend Clay Subaru and definitely ask for Joe! More

Love my new Forester I just purchased my second car at Clay. Both times I worked with Joe Rizzo. He's terrific, he knows his stuff, is honest, personable, and likable, non I just purchased my second car at Clay. Both times I worked with Joe Rizzo. He's terrific, he knows his stuff, is honest, personable, and likable, non "sales-y", which is important to me when buying a car. I went to many dealerships and considered multiple makes and models before going back to Subaru for my second vehicle. I believe in the brand, and I like giving my business to Clay. Great service I just got into an accident and totaled my car. Clay Subaru was recommended on the USAA car buying service so I requested a quote. Bethann called me within five minutes and me up with a test drive. When I arrived Joe greeted my wife and me and immediately got in a new outback and conducted our test drive. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the outback. After the test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. 2018 Subaru Impreza Lease, great experience I leased a 2018 Subaru Impreza from Clay Subaru through Joe Rizzo. Joe and his team were excellent in accommodating a first time lessee. He was not pu I leased a 2018 Subaru Impreza from Clay Subaru through Joe Rizzo. Joe and his team were excellent in accommodating a first time lessee. He was not pushy at all, understood I would probably shop around, and when I finally agreed to a deal with him, was very patient while we sorted out all the logistics. I had a somewhat long wait period between the agreement and the pickup due to issues with the trade in, RMV mandatory shutdown, insurance issues, none of which were things the dealership could expedite themselves. However, Joe made sure to keep in touch almost every day to update on progress. If you are shopping for a new vehicle on the "Automile" please consider making a stop at Clay and seeing Joe, you won't be disappointed. More
