Stiven Saveski and Joe Centers were amazing to work with. My husband and I were on our way home from vacation which was a 9 1/2-hour drive. Joe took care of everything he could before we arrived at the dealership as he knew we had been on the road since 3:20 AM CT. Upon arrival, Stiven meet us in the parking lot and introduced himself. He already had the vehicle pulled up front, cleaned, and ready for a test drive. Stiven answered all of our questions about the vehicle and went over all of its features. Upon entering the building to complete paperwork, Joe introduced himself and welcomed us to the dealership. Within 10-15 minutes we were in the finance office signing papers. Stiven even offered to help us unload all of our luggage into the new vehicle. Total time at dealership was an impressive hour and fifteen minutes. Stiven called us the following morning to check in to see if we had any questions and see how we liked the vehicle. I would recommend them to family and friends, and I would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Love, love, love our 2023 Ford Explorer ST!!! More

And because he has to pay his sales man 20% he can't give that much for mine. Trade in value was 18000 to 20000 got 14500 for mine. I felt like I got ripped off. I have talked to Shaun emery. Finance manager he helped me understand more about my paper work which was very helpful. More
