what a wonderful experience to purchase a car! I told them my needs and then I was brought cars to review. After recovering from pelvic bone cancer, I thought oh no I will be walking all over the lots trying to find the best car. But this wasn't the case, I was brought cars to review and with a tight budget of medical bills , the sales manager Joe Centers didn't want me in a higher milage car due to potential costs in the future, but wanted me in a low milage vehicle. The salesman, Andrew Madron was so courteous and pleasant! The finance manager, Craig Beckler, explained the paperwork in detail. It was a great experience with this dealership. I traded in my 2019 Nissan Truck with 30,000 miles in great condition and it will not be hard to resell due to all the chrome package it was loaded with. I wanted more room and got a Chevrolet Trailblazer and loving it. Thanks for the great mem More

I've bought a number of autos over the years and do my research prior to contacting a dealership. I also check out reviews and and pricing for the area in advance. Honesty is a major priority for me. John "Deer" Greene was a pleasure to work with and great representative for Mtn. View Ford. My experience was initially by phone, and that was professional and straight forward. John was equally responsiv representative for Mtn. View Ford. My experience was initially by phone, and that was professional and straight forward. John was equally responsive in person and made every effort to help make me feel comfortable in the process of purchasing a vehicle. His follow-up after the purchase was equally as impressive. Thanks John for a very positive experience. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW FORD LINCOLN. I trusted Mountain View Ford with my first car buying experience to say the least, and I walked away extremely disappointed. Before arriving at t I trusted Mountain View Ford with my first car buying experience to say the least, and I walked away extremely disappointed. Before arriving at this dealership with my mother, our initial plan was to find a Ford Bronco for a great deal. During this process we were greeted by one of the salesmen of the dealership. A little after discussing our plan with the salesman, we came to a conclusion that it wasn't time to get a Bronco just yet. After I processed the information about the bronco, this is where things began to get sour at Mountain view Ford Lincoln. The salesmen and GM both knew that I wasn't getting a bronco at that specific time, so they proceeded to attempt to sell me a used car. The car was a 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo X. On paper this car sounded like a great deal because it only had 19,000 miles, under manufacturers warranty, it was a nice looking vehicle, and was $36,000. The only bad thing about the car is that our salesmen told us that the Jeep had a small recall on it that is currently being fixed. At this time, both the Salesman and GM acted as if they did not know exactly what the issue was for the vehicle, but they kept telling us that it was a minor issue. They both also were oblivious of the vehicle's location on the day of purchase. My mother and I both thought that overall it was a decent deal at first, so we proceeded to place a down payment to secure the vehicle. When we got into the finance office, things began to get even more weird. The finance representative wrote up a deal where I would have a 15.5% interest rate with a 720+ credit score, and add on so many extra packages on the car that it would make the monthly payment greater than $900. So after receiving this information, I told the guy " You all are asking for $900+ monthly for a used 2021 Jeep Cherokee, that's not even in the dealership possession currently, nobody knows where exactly the car is, you all claim that it's in the shop, I haven't even seen nor test drove the car, it potentially has major issues, you all have a $700 dealership fee, and you all are giving me a 15.5% interest rate with a 720+ credit score. The Finance representative instantly took off a couple of packages that they added on by default to attempt to get me to still buy this car. I did not know any better, so I did sign the documents that would require me to pay $750+ monthly for this car. I thought that since I was going to trade it in a year's time for a Bronco anyways that it was an okay deal. After 4 days have passed, I get a call from the salesmen. He told me the car still wasn't ready, and the real reason why the jeep is in the shop. He said " The Jeep is in the shop because when the car was on the dealership's lot another car salesman went to put the car in reverse and said he heard a loud pop. The car was then stuck in reverse at that point and it would not switch gears. The mechanic that is fixing the car now said that when the car was put into reverse the axle and the transmission completely separated." The salesman knew I understood this was a major issue, so he attempted to do everything to keep this deal. On day 5, my mother and I went back down to the dealership to inform them that the deal is off. The vehicle was sold to us under the notion that it had a minor issue, but it turns out that the car had a major issue. We felt like we were lied to on the day of purchase, so we confronted the issue. When we arrived at the dealership the same car salesmen approached us. I told him that the deal was off, and I just want a refund for my expenses. He then said that he couldn't do that because the bank had already processed the payment. The GM began to see the issue at hand, and he attempted to seperate my mother and I by calling me into his office by myself. When I entered he asked me a series of questions like “so you don't want the car, and can I still sell you something else.” I answer both questions with a no. He then proceeded to say "okay well the deal is off, if you ever come back down here I will not sell you a car." I replied saying "Glad the deal is off and I do not care". He then said " well I have a lot of connections around the city, so I will make sure you don't get another car.'' At this point I knew Joe Centers was attempting to black ball me because I got out of a bad deal, so we left. After leaving, I contacted the finance company responsible for financing the car to inform them that I did not accept the deal. They told me that no contracts, checks, or paperwork has even been sent over yet, so I was good. That statement also proves that their employees are liars too because I was told that they wouldn't let me out of the deal because checks were already sent out from the bank for the car. Also, the GM told me that I would have to wait 17 days or longer for a refund. I then was worried that his word wasn’t trustworthy, so I contacted my credit card company to inform them of the situation as well. I want to post this review to warn everyone that I can about Mountain View Ford. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SNAKES.
