Excellent from Start to Finish Excellent! From the moment I stepped on the lot I knew this was the right place. A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me Excellent! A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me to look around before immediatly hounding me like the other dealerships I went to, its great not to be treated like a peice of meat. He was very knowledgable and curtious and after listening to what I was in need of found me the perfect vehicle. The car matched excatly what I wanted. Then came numbers time, which as most of us on this site knows is usually dreadful, well guess what? Not this time! The sales manger who assisted, Halim Assal, was a pleasure to deal with, no high pressure and with little to no effort was able to find a price that matched my budget without having to sacrifice anything, great job guys! The final peice to the puzzle was finance, the dreaded finanance, again though to my surprise no issues at all! Joe was friendly and not pushy either and made some very helpful suggestions and made the entire time in finanance seem like it was a old friend! I would 100% recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone and everyone. Great job guys for making what could have been a painful exeperience a great one, definetly coming back!!!!! After visiting a couple dealerships we were not satisfied with customer service and always felt pressured into making a deal, until we tried Pine Belt in Toms River! We were greeted by John Sokolowski and immediately could tell he had our best interest in mind. Johns knowledge of the vehicle was unmatched by previous sales reps. He was able to show us things we had no idea came with the vehicle and made sure that we would get everything we had hoped for. After a test drive we decided the Rogue was the car for us. When it came time to write everything up nothing changed, John was very understanding that I was the only one working as my wife stays home with our young kids, and he made sure to get us the best price possible!
