After shopping around I was happy to get my lease at Smith Haven Mazda for my first ever Mazda vehicle. I got a 2022 Mazda CX-5. The atmosphere was inviting and calm. I didn't get that typical dealer Smith Haven Mazda for my first ever Mazda vehicle. I got a 2022 Mazda CX-5. The atmosphere was inviting and calm. I didn't get that typical dealership feel. So glad I went there and painlessly got into the car I wanted. Even after I drove off the lot, Joe always returned my calls promptly if he didn't get to answer the phone right away. All the bad things you hear about dealers Joe - salesperson was very friendly and very helpful. No real issues with him, but I was very frustrated with the management. They cry poverty, don't look you in the eyes, and make the experience of spending 40,000 not enjoyable. The after purchase hard sell made it even worse. Patricia was very friendly as well, but there to sell. I was worn down with the hard sell and ended up buying a package that I have strong second thoughts about. Not at all what I was expecting from my second purchase from the dealership..... More
