After 2yrs of waiting in the queue and Ford Motor Co. production delays I took my new '22 Bronco home. Joe has consistently provided me with timely updates through the entirety of the wait. The transaction was simple and smooth never any pressure, zero added fee's, No markups, upgrades or any surprises at all. Joe is professional, communicative and overall an honest and nice guy. Joe provided me with info that only experience can provide and accurately relayed timeframes and detailed updates. He accurately predicted when the truck would be delivered on their lot. He knew to call me to ask if they should wash it or attach the front lic. bracket prior to anything being done or the truck being touched. He provided pics of it when it came off the delivery truck and more when it was being prepped in pre-delivery. He even provided me the option of a hand wash which I prefer to the machine without me having to ask for it. He knows the Bronco well and knew exactly what questions to ask me in order to place my order how I wanted it all the way down to taking delivery. He wasn't pushy at all and took the time to explain all the features and functions and probably would have sat there all night if I needed instruction before driving off in the Bronco. Overall the best car buying expirence where I can get in and out and feel good about it without the second thoughts, doubts and any disappointments after leaving the dealership. I am very pleased on how I was treated and it only adds to the good feelings I now have about my new Bronco!! More
