Joe Croce was super-thorough and patient in walking us through the control menus and Apple Car Play setup. Their service department is top-notch. And in 20 years those Toyotas have never left us stranded on the roadside. Just for due diligence and to confirm we haven't overlooked something, we continue to comparison shop Honda, Nissan and Hyundai. We've even been to other Toyota dealers. I have loved each of my Corollas, and will purchase only from Ginny.. This time, trading in my '08 Corolla for a new '20 Corolla was at first anxiety provoking but ultimately a reassuring experience. I was worried about mastering the new electronic and safety features of the 2020 Corolla. Thanks both to Ginny and Joe Croce, I drove home with in new car with confidence. I also am reassured knowing that should I still have questions, Joe will review and expand on our original "lesson," until I feel fully confident, comfortable, and competent. I have purchased a Prius twice before but was deciding between the 2019 Prius I had a very good experience in purchasing my new Prius from DCH Toyota. I have purchased a Prius twice before but was deciding between the 2019 Prius with AWD or the Rav4 hybrid. I had been recommended to work with Ginny by a friend who has being cars with her since 2003. Ginny Bisconti was wonderful to work with. She was personable and patient and went out of her way to make sure we test drove both cars. She listened to our concerns and interests and was able to match us to the car that had everything we were looking for. On the day of the pick-up, we worked with Joe Croce who was extremely knowledgeable and took a great deal of time to explain and show me how to use all of the special features of the car. I was impressed that the first thing he wanted to check with me was that all of the items on the window sticker were actually on the car. He did not rush through the process and made sure all my questions were answered even if he had to look it up in the car manual himself. More

Working with my salesman John Pritts was a pleasure, as he took the time to explain the options available to me, and once I chose the car, was very patient in ensuring that I understood the specifics that I was interested in. I also was interested in delaying the delivery/pick-up of the car, and John was able to facilitate that without any issues and keep me abreast of the progress.. At the dealership when picking up the car, Finance Manager Allen Stern explained everything in the appropriate detail, and was able to swiftly overcome a system software issue to produce the electronic contract. And lastly (but certainly not least), Delivery Coordinator Joe Croce was extremely helpful as he diligently explained the features of my new Camry, particularly the AirPlay and SOS Connect options (which were new to me). Joe even went the extra mile in getting my SOS Connect account established before I left the dealership. As has been the case in my prior experiences with Joe, his warm and caring nature shone through as he ensured that I understood all of the features of my new car, and it was a pleasure seeing him again.
