In his spare time, you can catch Joe getting in a good work out, watching movies, listening to music, playing sports or relaxing on a nice sunny day at the beach. He also loves seeing the world! Service was good BUT, the service was scheduled a week in advance to allow for recall parts to be ordered. Once in for 1 day service I had to call at the end of the day to be informed it was not done because advance to allow for recall parts to be ordered. Once in for 1 day service I had to call at the end of the day to be informed it was not done because the parts did not come in until late afternoon. The next day it was suppose to be done and a call during the afternoon had no return. After calling the receptionist I was informed that the car would not be ready until the next day. It’s not the 3 days that upset me, it is no call or return call for the status of the work being done. More

Thieves. Stealing my motor vehicle fees after forcing me into transferring and registering the car myself because they couldn’t do it! My new car sat there unregistered with expired temps for weeks before I into transferring and registering the car myself because they couldn’t do it! My new car sat there unregistered with expired temps for weeks before I had to get the paperwork from them to register the car myself because i was told “we can’t do it, maybe if you went in person you could get it done” what a joke. What kind of dealership can’t register a car for someone with signed power of attorneys? I purchased a car for 17,000$ and they forced me to pay NJ sales tax although I am a PA resident and was not a NJ resident at the time of purchase! They falsified documents stating that I own property in New Jersey when I don’t. They even went as far as to have their in house notary seal them. That’s just one of many falsified documents. I can provide them ALL. I’m still waiting for my DMV fees to be reimbursed as promised. I called and left messages with LISA 3 times in 2 weeks with absolutely no response. Lots of FRAUD going on here at this dealership. Now in terms of quality, integrity, and honesty. Well the car I purchased had a noise in the back. They promised on paper to remedy that noise. The noise is still there and has not been resolved in any way. Also the A/C on the vehicle doesn’t work. I wish they would have gave me a heads up on that one. But I guess that’s what I get for trusting this dealership. The only decent people I met was the receptionist up front and the salesman. Everyone else was not available. Too good for me I guess. More
