Told them that I needed the car back by 2 PM but didn’t get a call about ANYTHING until 2:30, at which time they told me that my battery that I bought from them the year before needed to go on a “warranty get a call about ANYTHING until 2:30, at which time they told me that my battery that I bought from them the year before needed to go on a “warranty tester” for 2-3 hours. Why wasn’t I contacted in the morning about that?! I told them I needed my vehicle back by 2 so I could go get my kids. I had my inspection rejected (which I STILL had to pay for) even though it was there fault I couldn’t complete the needed repairs because of time constraints. After I was there I had to wait another HOUR before I could get my car back. I was late to pick up my children because people there are not managing time properly and not communicating with customers. Management needs training about acceptable customer service. I will actively avoid this business to the best of my ability because they don’t care about service and they steal your money. More

This dealership got some work to do. My advice will be for them to take their servicing department serious. Also with management, customer retention is a critical aspect of a business' My advice will be for them to take their servicing department serious. Also with management, customer retention is a critical aspect of a business's revenue, resulting in repeat business, recurring sales and consistent revenue. With effective management and direction of customer service processes, you can ensure customers who purchase from your organization continue to come back. Unfortunately I’m not going back to this dealership even though I purchased two cars with in 12 months. The sales guy Deshawn ,was good and that’s the reason why I went back to purchase the second car. More
