Hi..I started in sales at Tunkhannock Auto Mart just around 2005. Prior to that I served 4 years in the US Army as a military police officer. My service also included a one year tour in Iraq. Other than working in sales, which I enjoy very much, I also like to golf and go cycling. I live in the town of Springville, most of you probably do not know where that is, but if you find yourself traveling north on Rt. 29 about 12 miles outside of Tunkhannock don't blink because you will miss it. On May 16, 2012 I went to Tunkhannock Auto Mart looking for a 2009-2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I was greeted by Matt Kerr. He payed attention to what I was looking for, offered me the best vehicle for the amount for a 2009-2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I was greeted by Matt Kerr. He payed attention to what I was looking for, offered me the best vehicle for the amount of money I was willing to spend. I drove with Joe Dafcik on my test drive. He was friendly and spoke well about the dealership and Dodge trucks. The whole process was great, no pressure, and very friendly. Thank you for getting me into my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. More

When i was shopping for my latest vehicle i came across what i was looking for online. The price was good along with the year and milage. First, I am very happy with my Jeep so far. LOVE satellite radio. I appreciate Joe's patience with me. I understand his goal is to sell cars and it took me several weeks to come to that end. He kept in contact, but did not overly pester me with whether or not I was ready to buy. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay a little more than the original numbers we hashed out, but again, I took my sweet time in coming to a decision and was still able to recieve a rebate and end up with a "reasonable" car payment. This is my first new car in a decade - I vacillate from being exctied to experiencing buyer's remorse. The day I received my car was quite an experience. I appreciate that Joe was willing to drive to Scranton in the rain to pick up my vehicle, but the paperwork and the wait was quite long. Maybe an offer of some coffee or at least someone to come an explain that the place was very busy that day and why I had to wait would have been helpful (I kept thinking something was wrong,and I wasn't going to be able to make my purchase that day.)? Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. More

Great experience..quick turn around time..Did everything that was promised..Nice bottom line price without having to go over and over pricing. Joe was professional and efficient. With his help we drove away in a new vehicle in about 2 hours. He even stayed past closing time to ensure that our needs were met. We did not feel pressured at any point during our buying experience. This is very important to us when purchasing a vehicle.
