Outstanding staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a 2011 F150. Everyone I dealt with was focused on our collective needs and made the entire process very easy. Internet Sales Manager Mike Ciarlone, Matt Lutter in sales, used car Manager Joe DiMarino and Finance Manager Scot Shandler made the deal work from initial contact through the negotiation and into prep, finance and delivery. Not to mention the price...excellent. Best buying experience I've had in a Ford dealership. Highly recommended. More

Pleasant, no pressure, friendly buying experience . Michael Ciarlone sat with me to order my 2015 Mustang Gt and helped me through the process of selecting options that I may like. Once order was placed to Michigan Michael kept me updated regarding everystep of the build progress through delivery. When it arrived we met and spent as much time as I needed to understand the features and controls these new hi tech Fords have. I am invited back anytime to meet and have any new questions answered. Always a great experience I just traded in my 2012 F-150 Crew Cab for a 2014 F-150 Crew Cab. This was my 3rd purchase in a row from Hoskins. They are super easy to work with and always make the transaction quick and painless. They recognize my needs and walk me through the sale without any effort on my part. Awesome staff. I had called Mike up about 4 weeks ago and asked him to call me when they received the 2015 mustang, and he did on a Monday, and with the crappy weath I had called Mike up about 4 weeks ago and asked him to call me when they received the 2015 mustang, and he did on a Monday, and with the crappy weather that week, I finally made it up there praying it was still there, and it was. Mike happened to be on vacation that Saturday, but when I walked in Joe new exactly who I was and what I was there for. I have purchased 2 mustangs with Brian Hoskins and this is my 3rd. Matt filled in for Mike while he was away and went over with me on the basic stuff on the Sync and the display screen. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Just like always, fast, friendly, courteous, Will not go anywhere else. Great customer service. Thank you! More

Had a much better experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership than we have had previously at other dealers. Came back with a great price on first contact. Friendly service. Went in to buy a used BMW 135i I saw on their website, and when I first came in I was greeted by a salesman named Roger. We went outside and checked out the car, and was even kind enough to let me bring t and when I first came in I was greeted by a salesman named Roger. We went outside and checked out the car, and was even kind enough to let me bring the car into the service bay to check it out since it had gotten dark out. Roger was friendly and helpful in answering my questions and was overall a great guy. Then when it came time for the business, we sat down, he had my trade appraised, and we began the negotiation. Them knowing I came from a distance to buy the car, they low balled the crap out of me. I told Roger that these figures were laughable, and presented a counter offer with the intentions of speaking to the manager since obviously it was not him who presented feces on the paper in front of me. Then this is when the experience went down like the Hindenburg, right when I was greeted by this smug guy named Joe DeMarino. When Joe first approached me he wouldn't even sit down because he thought it was "a waste of time." I had to kindly ask him multiple times just to sit down so we could begin a negotiation, and when going over the figures, he'd bring his price down by a few hundred, and expect me to move up a few thousand. He was basically asking me to tell him that I was willing to pay six grand over price for it. I told him it was absolutely ridiculous and that he couldn't possibly manage to broker a deal like this. He said that there was nothing left to talk about and stood up and walked back to his desk without returning with my keys, making me sit there for a good five minutes before I got up myself to go to him and retrieve my keys. During this time, I also found out he was trying to run me several thousand OVER book for the 135i! I would say all of this is shocking to me, but it definitely explained why I was the only customer in the dealership; maybe they were trying to make rent off that sale? I'm sitting here a month later writing this review because I saw the price drop online by a few thousand, and I thought hey that's funny... didn't Joe say that somebody would buy it the next week? The funniest part of it all was that I was willing to spend a few grand, cash/finance/whatever I wanted the xxxx car, but even as it sits there, I'd rather walk to work than listen to that guy try and run train on me again. Absolutely horrible experience from him, but Roger was a great guy. Would not recommend to anyone. More
