Mike is a great Internet sales person because, like the Internet, Mike is effecient and cuts out all the unnecessary "stuff" often encountered when purchasing a vehicle. Mike is quick to respond and demonstrates a desire to help you get what you want or need. Likewise, Joe was quick and organized when it came to all the paperwork. I really appreciate that -- get in, get a truck, get out. Hoskins gave me a fair value on my trade-in and also stood behind some mechanical issues I had with my recently purchased used truck. I first contacted Mike on line. He was very patient because I was trying to decide what vehicle I wanted. Well I took too long on the one I wanted and it was gone when I got there. I have Dodge trucks for the past 15 years or so. I started calling round looking for a newer truck with a diesel motor to get me where I wanted to go, with no luck. So I started looking on the internet and the first truck that popped up caught my eye at Brian Hoskins Ford. I filled out the contact info and within a very short amount of time I was contacted by Mike Ciarlone and made arrangements to go look at the truck. I wanted to stay within a certain pricerange and within a very short amount of time Scott Schandler came back with a payment figure within pennies of where i wanted to be, so needless to say I am a Ford owner once again, and probably will be for a long time to come More

I went in to have my car serviced and everyone at Brian Hoskin's helped me drive off with a brand new car. As of last month, I have completed nine new sales and two used sales for myself and various family members. The trade in values have been very good and the final price have been very good. All family members are happy with their deals and their vehicles. The reason I like dealing with Joe and Mike is that there is no high pressure sales pitch. The service and parts department have always helped me in whatever way they could. More
