The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases. More

Not a Ford, but newer model, lower mileage, lower monthly payment. Love these guys! Also, advice to others: GET THE GAP COVERAGE. And if the car comes with 911-sync assist, that's a huge plus! Less than 7 minutes from the time of the accident to police on-scene, thanks to the prompt call placed by...my car. Helpful, professional service from start to finish. More

I called for a quote and was given a price that exceeded my expectations within minutes. Drove 200 miles from Long Island, New York and bought the vehicle. It was ready for delivery when I arrived. I received a tutorial of vehicle functions from my salesman, wrote up the contract, met with the finance department and was on my way. I was not pressured to buy any protection packages that I did not want.Overall great experience. Would recommend this dealership. More
