I brought the vehicle in because of unusual noises and vibrations (banging, bumping, clicking, scraping, grinding, etc.) in the front end while braking. I explained that the problem was intermittent, but vibrations (banging, bumping, clicking, scraping, grinding, etc.) in the front end while braking. I explained that the problem was intermittent, but more noticeable in the mornings. The Service Center took the vehicle on a ten (10) mile test drive, the told me that they couldn't reproduce the problem. They only put the vehicle on a lift without removing the tires, without inspecting the brake parts (pads, calipers, discs/rotors, bushings, etc. No close visual inspection of the surfaces was undertaken, no measurements were taken, and no photos were take. I got my vehicle back without anything having been found or corrected. More
