I was pleasantly surprise, rather thrilled actually, with my experience at Patrick Subaru. My husband and I just purchased our first Subaru Outback. I searched on line for dealers in my area and decided to go to Patrick Subaru to see what they had in stock. Everyone I met with was so nice, especia I searched on line for dealers in my area and decided to go to Patrick Subaru to see what they had in stock. Everyone I met with was so nice, especially Joe Dinneen. It was the best experience we had buying a car. No high pressure and they were there to answer any questions we had. Joe made us feel like we knew him forever. I would advise anyone looking for a Subaru to shop here. More

I've bought seven new Subarus from Patrick, going back to the early '90s, the latest being a 2010 Legacy GT Limited. As always, they gave me a very aggressive price right up front and a very fair trade-in v the early '90s, the latest being a 2010 Legacy GT Limited. As always, they gave me a very aggressive price right up front and a very fair trade-in value. I closed on this car very quickly (literally, 10 minutes) because their first offer was exactly what I had expected to spend. The sales staff is low-pressure, and they were very helpful with test drives, product information, etc. It's a family business that has been around since forever, and they stand behind their products (as does the manufacturer). After the sale was complete, I received a number of courtesy calls to make sure that I was 100% happy with the vehicle and the sales process. This is the second car I purchased at Subaru Patrick, even though they are not the closest Subaru dealer to me, they are the best. I’ve been pleased with them and have to say that Joe Dinneen, our Sales even though they are not the closest Subaru dealer to me, they are the best. I’ve been pleased with them and have to say that Joe Dinneen, our Sales Consultant was fabulous, and he made this purchasing experience one of the best. His calmness and demeanor were an important factor, we did not feel rushed or pressured. Kudos! More

First time every buying a brand new car. I walked in and spoke with Joe, first thing he did was ask what the key important features and things I was looking for in my new vechile. He absolutely nailed it, he brought out a 2010 Legacy for me to test drive and I LOVED IT!! So we went back to the dealership in a very timely manner had the fiances squared away. Joe even helped me move my stuff from, my old car (traded it in) to my new car. I would send anyone to go see Patrick Subaru and Joe. More

We bought our 2 Subaru's at another local dealer 5 and 10 years back and they have not done well by us or our cars. We decided to try Patrick Subaru based off of recommendations from friends who also bought years back and they have not done well by us or our cars. We decided to try Patrick Subaru based off of recommendations from friends who also bought cars from Patrick's. The service, sales and parts personal at Patrick's have been very helpful in keeping our 2 Subaru's in good shape. This made our decision easy when it was time to buy a new Subaru to replace our 10 year old Outback recently. When it comes time to replace our 2005 Legacy GT ltd Wagon in the next couple of years. I purchased my 2010 Legacy 3.6R Limited a few weeks ago with Joe. I have never owned a Subaru, always Toyota so I was really looking to be impressed. I was not disappointed. The whole staff at Patrick was amazing and easy to deal with. I sent a request for an online quote and received a call almost immediately. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and was given a price for a car over the phone. Realizing that the price was better than I imagined, I went to the dealership to see about making a deal. I have to say that I was skeptical that my trade would be lowered, but much to my surprise I was given a more than fair price. Everything is very efficient at Patrick Subaru. While I test drove the car with Joe, the staff back at the dealership was checking out my trade. By the time we returned, we could look at numbers. This really is great service! Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly with the best customer service in mind. I would highly recommend the dealership and Joe with no reservations. It was a pleasure from beginning to end! If I have to say one thing, I would strongly recommend that a children's play area is built somewhere in the dealership. Anytime is long for little ones and Subaru offers active families great vehicles. Why not welcome those little customers as well! Happy Kids=happy parents! Thank you Joe and Patrick Subaru for making this buying experience very easy! More

Great dealing with Joe Dineen. He was informative, professional, and honest! I am so glad to have dealt with a local dealership close to my workplace and hometown. I recently leased an Outback from Patrick Subaru -- my first from Patrick, my eighth either leased or owned in the past 25 years. Before going to Patrick I did my usual research [Edmonds, Consumer Report first from Patrick, my eighth either leased or owned in the past 25 years. Before going to Patrick I did my usual research [Edmonds, Consumer Reports, etc.], developed my detailed proposal, including price, and went to [and emailed] several dealers, none of whom came close to my calculations. At Patrick, Joe Dinneen played no games, listened, consulted his people, and in a short time we reached an agreement that was very close to my proposal. This was the best of the 8 negotiations,which is why I've written this review-- my first. More
