When I woke up last Thursday, I wasn’t intending to purchase a car that day. But I got a call from Victory since I had been looking at inventory online a few days before. So I went in and Joe Elliott purchase a car that day. But I got a call from Victory since I had been looking at inventory online a few days before. So I went in and Joe Elliott became my sales person of the day. He did a great job from the moment I met him. I told him I was interested in another Equinox. My previous vehicle was a 2011 model. He showed me to the lot and asked if I’d like to test drive one. So I took one out and it was a great ride. I came back and I selected the color and features that I wanted in my new Equinox, especially that it be an all wheel drive model, with Sirius radio and Onstar. I decided to purchase a new one that was going to be at the dealership in a few days. I gave a deposit. On the following Saturday, the vehicle had arrived. Joe, got in the car with me and showed me where the various controls were inside the vehicle. He also paired my cell phone with the vehicle so I could call hands free. He called Onstar and set me up with them. All in all, I was very happy with Joe and with Victory Chevrolet. I purchased the car outright, so there was no need to finance it. More

Joe was very speedy with the process actually took the time out to find the exact car that worked for us. Not only did he help us find one car, but he also helped us find two so this was an amazing experi time out to find the exact car that worked for us. Not only did he help us find one car, but he also helped us find two so this was an amazing experience, we didn’t feel pressured at all. He also clarified exactly what we needed to understand how everything worked. He was very knowledgeable in all the areas that I lacked I myself did a lot of research before reaching out but he definitely was helpful in finding all the answers that I needed, when I was stumped. I appreciate all the time and effort!! More

Very disappointed in the staff that I worked with at Victory. Was told to sign a piece of paper for one price went home to show my fiancé the vehicle and came back to the offer being pulled. I contacted Victory. Was told to sign a piece of paper for one price went home to show my fiancé the vehicle and came back to the offer being pulled. I contacted the salesman and was ignored. I then contacted the general manager and was told nothing could be done unless I put more money down. It’s sad that a local business is allowed to take advantage of the community that they serve. More
