Problems with every department!! STAY AWAY!! They LIED on their SERVICE REPORTS!! They said they plugged a tire, and NEVER DID!! They also changed the date my car should've been back to me on t They LIED on their SERVICE REPORTS!! They said they plugged a tire, and NEVER DID!! They also changed the date my car should've been back to me on their copy of the report. It took over 2 months to have my windshield fixed because they couldn't keep their loaner car promise. I was told by a snotty service woman that I was "more than welcome to come sit for 8 hours for the car to be fixed" because they couldn't give me a time frame for the repair. Also, it took 2 months to get my title even though I paid in full!! No one calls you back, even their Customer Relations Manager....what does that tell you! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!! (any agreements, who you call, who you actually talk to, when you call). No such thing as customer service here; even though everything is "no problem", everything turns out to be a problem. They make their customers feel stupid, and far from taken care of. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
