After my first visit, I liked both the car, and the knowledgeable sales specialist so much that I came back, confident I was going to make my purchase. Joe Grapes was the only sales specialist, from all of the other, non-Honda, dealerships I shopped at, that owned the car I was interested in. He was so polite and informative that I went back after looking at Kia, Genesis, BMW, and Carvana, to purchase my 3rd Honda in 12 years! He was so kind to me and my husband, and on the second visit he was great with my daughter too, even sharing his snacks with her. I had an excellent experience and he made me glad to continue being a Honda owner! Also, the finance manager, Ryan, was so down to earth and easy to talk to. There was zero pressure and he even let my daughter play with the signing table. More
