Joe, Neil Anderson (our salesman) and Shawn Hammac (finance mgr) were all so awesome to work with. Joe knew exactly my situation, as well as exactly what I was looking for. And because I trust Joe and know he listens I gave him time.. When he had Neil contact me because they had just taken in exactly what Joe knew I was looking for it all came together. My transaction was not a simple one, and these three guys made it all happen. I'm so stoked about my new to me Grand Cherokee. It's beautiful & has everything I was looking for. Joe thanks for always listening, and for empowering your sales team to be the best they can for each and every customer. When we went back to look at cars Rich Mitchell took over and did an excellent job showing my husband and I the vehicles we were interested in. He was very cordial, not pushy and very professional. We would recommend this dealership and Rich and Joe because it was a very pleasant experience making our decision to purchase the Jeep Cherokee Limited......we are so happy with our vehicle and the way Rich took the time to share how it works and let us know. we can call him anytime for any additional questions or concerns. We also were introduced to the new Service Manager Kurt. We felt welcomed and like the atmosphere. I credit Rich for making the sale because my husband was set on a less expensive choice, but Rich was wonderful at sharing and showing the differences between the two and I am thrilled because it is a dream car for me and I am thankful to have it.... this is our second purchase from this dealership....we bought 3 years ago and the salesman who sold us our Jeep Patriot lied to us and led us falsely....he thankfully is no longer there. My husband was very disappointed and almost did not want to go back there. BUT, meeting Rich and Joe made the difference. we will go back gladly.....Thank you!... More
