I was treated with respect although my credit situation wasn’t ideal, I was given explanations for the very little wait time and when my vehicle was ready, Joe went over all the paperwork in detail and explained all the features on the Soul I purchased. The topper was when I had to return a rental down the street, he made it convenient for me by sending a porter with me to drop off the rental! I recommend these guys to anyone who will listen.
