Wonderful Experience! This is my first KIA lease. The salesperson was so nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting everything I needed This is my first KIA lease. The salesperson was so nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting everything I needed and wanted on my new KIA . I was so amazed at the lack of pressure from my salesperson, Joe. He taught me what I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Joe made sure I knew that I could call him any time or visit him with any questions. He really went out of his way in assisting me. I was back two days later and he was so patient and kind in re-answering some questions. I am not a "tech" person so I needed this TLC. Before I left he again reminded me to contact him with any questions. I am used to a very "hard sell" from the Ford dealer I was at the past 24 years. I never went anywhere else so I thought this was normal. This KIA dealership gave me a very welcoming feeling. I am so happy I had Joe as my salesperson, and I am happy I went to this KIA dealership!
