Customer was mistaken for someone else and unprofessional text messaging after business hours was conducted. Customer was misheard multiple times by service representatives, and blamed for misuse of vehicle text messaging after business hours was conducted. Although I didn't purchase my Mazda at this dealership, I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership ma I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership made NO accommodation for me leaving my car there for my 4 day trip (3 nights), while it needed service. When I brought it in for what I believe to be the engine shield hanging off, this man suggested leaving the shield on. I wanted to look at the shield myself. Not only did the man "helping" me repeatedly say "I would not do that if I were you", he did not seem to budge until finally I got more serious. He THEN told me it would be a $30 to take this shield off? Even though my car was already there also being serviced? I don’t necessarily believe that "the customer is always right", but I DO expect the people I work with to be kind and try to be accommodating. I don’t believe I will be returning for my services. More

Had an oil change scheduled. Service writer immediately apologized as they were short handed and service would be a bit longer; also offered me a rife home and back.
