Everytime I go to Pacifico Mazda Joe Gresh, Jay, Joey Peruto and their team take great care of me. I drop my car off first thing in the morning, and they have it ready by lunch time. They provide me with Peruto and their team take great care of me. I drop my car off first thing in the morning, and they have it ready by lunch time. They provide me with a Uber or Lyft so I can back to my apartment to work, and send one for when it's time to pick up my vehicle. The team always sends a video inspection of my car so I can stay on top of maintenance and make sure everything is in good shape. 11/10 service. More

I was able to make an appointment without difficulty. The service advisors and technicians were professional and accommodating when I arrived and while servicing my car. They arranged a ride share while the work was being done. I had a good idea of what I needed it and wasn’t hit with any surprise recommendations for unneeded repairs. The price for the repairs was high. However it was in line with average dealer charges for the same repair. I had a better experience than I expected based on average ratings from other sites. More

Although I didn't purchase my Mazda at this dealership, I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership ma I've gone there since I got my car (Apr 2020). I have been disappointed the past two visits. This visit, I had a trip coming up and the dealership made NO accommodation for me leaving my car there for my 4 day trip (3 nights), while it needed service. When I brought it in for what I believe to be the engine shield hanging off, this man suggested leaving the shield on. I wanted to look at the shield myself. Not only did the man "helping" me repeatedly say "I would not do that if I were you", he did not seem to budge until finally I got more serious. He THEN told me it would be a $30 to take this shield off? Even though my car was already there also being serviced? I don’t necessarily believe that "the customer is always right", but I DO expect the people I work with to be kind and try to be accommodating. I don’t believe I will be returning for my services. More
