Peggy, typically a lower mileage allowance does help to minimize a lease payment. With that being said, please take into account the number of factors that are considered when a monthly payment is estimated. Remember, when leasing a vehicle your signature is required on multiple documents, multiple times. Dear customer reading this: We have been here in Delray a little over 3 years, we sell 4500+ cars and service 10,000+ customers a year. That’s over 45,000 transactions. We strive for excellence. Sometimes we even go above and beyond and STILL can’t make everyone happy. There are people out there who just love to write bad reviews, I feel pretty good in saying that most people know the kind of person that does that…. People like ALEX HERNANDEZ. A little back story: ALEX came to us to buy his own lease, not a car from our store on which we could turn a profit, but his own lease. He insisted we get him approved with $0 DOWN. ALEX’s credit is 579 – 578 – 593. In other words, the WORST kind of credit one could get. WHY? Because ALEX was 2 times 60-days late on his previous BMW, 6 times 30-days late on his previous CHASE auto loan, and 4 times 30-days late on this current VW account!!!!! The day ALEX signed with $0 down, his contact stated BLACK ON WHITE that we, the dealer have 30-days to secure financing. FYI, ALEX was flat out DENIED financing!! (may I remind everyone that this was for him to buy HIS OWN CAR, on which we are profiting $0). In other words, we were working for free! We should’ve done what every other dealership had told him is to go get lost, but instead we fought on his behalf to get him approved and the approval was given under the stipulation that he put at least $1,615 down. Did I mention ALEX stopped paying his student loans and is currently $115,283 PAST DUE? All of you future borrowers out there can thank Alex for your interest rates going up. It’s because of people like ALEX HERNANDEZ, people who DON’T PAY their bills, regardless of the agreements they signed that lending risks rise and so do interest rates. So let’s clarify this situation and show the other side of the coin: ALEX accused us of asking for more money down as if we were going to put that money in our pocket. Fact is, he left that day with $0 down @ $440/mo, and now his new loan was going to be $1,615 down @ 418/mo. So where are we profiting? I gave Alex $300 to come in, and resign the new approved contract as a sign of good faith. He accepted, gave us $1,315, and his new loan was 418/mo. Immediately after going home that day, and taking my $300, he posts one of the worst reviews I’ve ever read in 12 years in the business. Just plain vindictive, accusing us of ripping him off and selling him products he did not want. Well, ALEX had to sign 4 pages agreeing to buy those products, so how on earth did he not want them, know he bought them, or whatever else he’s accusing us of? Regardless, again, I offered him to cancel the products for a full refund which will be applied to the loan amount. I told him it would take UP TO 6 weeks, (generally sooner, but I did not want to overpromise), I even went as far as offering to just recontract the whole loan WITHOUT the products to make it easier on him but he NEEDED to get back with me very shortly. Not only did he NOT respond to me, I guarantee he must have blocked my number because texts AND calls no longer go through. (on apple, they used to display blue, now they’re green, I’ve sent him over ½ dozen messages). By the time he manifested himself here in our showroom, it was TOO LATE … I told him we needed a quick response if he wanted to recontract, as in a day or 2. A week or so later he resurfaces.. that is NOT a quick response. We CAN NOT hold finance contracts indefinitely and not get paid while he drives around town in a car we are financing, period. Thinking otherwise is just ignorance. We had to get the contract funded, and now we CAN NOT recontract a funded contract. He waited too long, that’s just the bottom line. In regards to his new comment about reimbursement, that reimbursement HAS BEEN PROCESSED! He KNOWS that. He knows that because he signed the cancellation forms 2 weeks ago! No one said he wouldn’t get a refund until the car was paid off, we told him up to 6 weeks, when HE SAID to us that he was paying off the car within 30 days, we said OBVIOUSLY he will get the refund after paying off the car since it can take up to 6 weeks. If he doesn’t pay off the car, then the credit will be applied to his balance. ALEX is twisting everything we are saying and hearing what he wants to hear. ALEX is just one of those people who simply won’t take any responsibility! We are done doing anything for him. We deeply regret going above and beyond for him. He truly does not deserve anyone’s sympathy.

You guys continue to respond with a generic response... the same response on cars.com and google. I have record of all communication with Nick... Please read below and give me your response to what Nick wrote me on September 9 via text. This is word for word what Nick sent me via text September 9..." Alex per our conversation yesterday left me unsettled and I gave it a lot of though. We sell over 10,000 cars a year and service over 30,000 customers a year, yet we only get 10 bad reveiws a year, if that. In our world 10 out of 40,000 is outstanding service. Writing bad reviews is always easier than saying something nice. Now I understand some experience here may not go as planned but posting a review is not the solution to a problem. You could have given us an opportunity to make it right. Nevertheless, I am choosing the higher road. so instead of cancelling your products, potentially waiting 6 weeks for refunds, Im offering you to cancel the loan all together and rewrite it without any product. That will solve your problem of interest paid on the refund an end to all your problems. if you want to take me up on that offer, let me know. I'll have someone take the paperwork to you so that you can save the trip......... This was September 9.. I have text Nick several time since with no response, I have been to the dealer with no repsonse and I have called the dealer with no response. I contact corporate last week and they reached out to you guys.. today I got a response saying that it has been more than 4 weeks so you guys cant do anything.... I signed the deal on the 7th.. today is the 26th... the message from Nick was on September 9... You guys are being shady..... please send me another generic response.

You guys are truly amazing. As I mentioned in my text to you, you will be hearing from my lawyer. I already conceded to you in another review that I was wrong about the financing issue. The FACT is Kyle Wisdom misled me. First he said I had those products.. he did not say "do you want those products" and He lied to me when he said he could not cancel the deal. You are correct, in the future I will be more vigilant to what is in the fine print. Like I mentioned, I have text messages from you insulting me and you also stating that you would cancel the deal. I have follow up text message where I ask you many times what the status was but you never responded.. I called and spoke to Diane 3 times and I have left messages with her and I went to the dealer personally when I had a service and you were never available. Your response clearly shows the type of person you are. You put my personal business in front for everyone to see. That shows class my friend. All you guys had to do was follow up on what you promised, but you were to thinned skinned to be able to take any criticism and I am being punished for standing up for myself. To be clear, Nick is lying through his teeth about contacting me repeatedly, Its simply not true. I have the text messages to prove it and I have screen shots of when I contacted Guther. I also have an email when I contact Joe guther.l which he never replied to. Lastly, that is exactly what Kyle said.. he said I would be refunded when I paid it off.. Good luck to you Nick, and thank you for putting my personal information out there.. This is purely a vindictive effort at spreading lies. All of the screaming and yelling and cursing happened, but by Laurentiu, not Gunther employees. Laurentiu came to service after hours, only sales was open, he was screaming and yelling, threatening multiple employees of coming back with "friends of his', claiming to be a "friend of the governor", going to "make our life miserable" unless we released his car without paying the service bill. We explained that we cannot and will not release the car without paying the bill, and if he had an issue with the service bill, he could come back the next day during service hours to review with a service manager. From there, all broke loose, told us we will regret this, he called everyone names, threatened employees and their families. He was asked to leave our property, but did not. The police were contacted, and Laurentiu continued his erratic behavior until Delray Beach Police had to escort him out of our property. The official case file is public record. Feel free to look up. Laurentiu was arrested before for fighting and resisting arrest, this behavior seems to be common practice from Mr. Laurentiu Olghii. If you google his name, you will see his mug shot. The whole scene happened in front of 15 people, employees and customers, who will all attest to the same. He is an out of control individual who makes threats when he doesn't get his way. BEWARE of dealing with him, STAY AWAY. Spreading lies against us is simply a vindictive effort in trying to bully us around. We are a family owned and operated business in S. FLA for over 40 years, we service over 25,000 customers a year, unfortunately Mr Olghii didn't and still doesn't understand the terms of his warranty, the balance due is to cover a portion of the labor that his warranty did not cover. To be clear, the bill was $34.50.
