Awesome experience. Called Joe the day before regarding a truck I saw on the internet. Set up a time did a test drive, and 3 hours later drove off with the truck. Simple process Joe was great to work with as was Jeff. We looked at car. It was clean and ready to drive. He listened to what we wanted in the car and pointed out any flaw he knew of(small tear in leather it was used) and didn’t hide anything. He made the offer but we weren’t happy with offer. He listened to us and went to manager once and met our offer. We didn’t have to haggle all day. It took a while to get into financing but we had a nice conversation and got to know him on a more personal level. Very nice experience. Live my new used car! More
