2009 Honda Civic Hybrid First time buyer. Joe came up to me and showed me good cars and came on the test drive with me to discuss the car. He was very friendly, helpful, and First time buyer. After deciding to buy the car, Wes helped with the payment and paperwork. He was also very helpful and friendly. The overall process was very easy for a first time car buyer. Poor customer service ! Unfortunately we were not able to purchase vehicle, no calls back and poor customer service on the part of Joe in the sales dept! In the age of soci ! In the age of social media you would think there are enough options to get in touch with a party interested in purchasing a vehicle. Not the case, will use different dealership!!! More
