2015 Buick Regal GS. This is a continuation from a previous complaint. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the same oil change from that repair, the motor is now toast. Glad they gave me a 5 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty, that cost me out of pocket so far over $2000, and when this motor is repaired, over $8500. Then the warranty company says it will complete my warranty. I am absolutely disgusted, only made 7 payments. The service advisor admitted lack of knowledge and equipment to make the first repair. This has no doubt this caused the chain of events. There is no other explanation other than the vacuum pump wasn't repaired properly, causing the turbo to fail, and now the motor... Hope you've got something good to say. More

Very respectful, polite, intelligent, prompt, knowledgeable. Even when I called to ask about the vehicle, making sure it was actually there. Because you know how some places use bait cats to get you in. Fiona who answered the phone was on top of her game. I appreciated that. They work with educators credit union which is my credit union. Just a mile up the road.I was pre approved, so I went up the road gave them my paperwork, and within a 1:2 hour I was able to Return with a check for my vehicle. I ran out of time so I couldn’t finish my paperwork. But it’s fine it gives them time to clean and re inspect things for me. This is a great team of people, with a relaxed environment, that make you feel valued as a customer. When I find someone I like I stick to them. And I’ll be sending anyone I know l, or who ask me to go to theses guys. They all have great energy and you can feel it when you enter their building. Elvis I’d my go to guy. But I would be happy to work with any of their team. Their just off the expressway so east to find and get to. Check them out you won’t be disappointed. This dealership is a total scam! The price listed on-line is not the price they honor. They retrospectively tac on money for work they performed on the vehicle without giving the customer an option, and it c is not the price they honor. Specifically what they call the “Z-finish”, for which they stated was already done pre-test drive and would add $2500 to my final cost of the vehicle. Steer clear of this place, it’s under new ownership and so far things don’t appear to be going well! Also, when I arrived for my scheduled test drive the car wouldn’t start, dead battery, on a car that was supposedly test drove four days prior. Huge concern and red flag on the upkeep of the vehicles on their lot, and I would have thought for a scheduled appointment the car would have been at the front door and ready to drive. Steer clear of this place! More
