Run, don’t walk away from this dealership they are the WORST - I have never in 30 years received such horrible service. They are beyond incompetent and I paid cash for my car!!!!! 18 Years and counting I'm 18 years and counting leasing new Audi's with DCH Millburn. My first was the TT, then A4, then A3 and now a Q3. Since the first lease my Audi Spec I'm 18 years and counting leasing new Audi's with DCH Millburn. My first was the TT, then A4, then A3 and now a Q3. Since the first lease my Audi Specialist has guided me through every deal. Service is always spot on and make everything a breeze from scheduling appointments, getting in and out with low impact wait time. Service keeps you updated every step. My service rep Orlando and all of the DCH Audi Millburn team are full on customer care all the time. I highly recommend this dealership as do many others, which explains their upcoming expansion. Bravo to the entire team! More

TOTAL SCAM !! I Saw an A3 convertible on line and contacted the dealer, Got a call back from "Jose Morales" a few minutes later. Spoke to Jose and asked him the gen I Saw an A3 convertible on line and contacted the dealer, Got a call back from "Jose Morales" a few minutes later. Spoke to Jose and asked him the general pricing, I asked him to be respectful of my time and he gave a quote and set up an appointment. After 4 emails and one text confirming the appointment I drove an hour to meet him.When I arrived at the dealership and asked for "Jose", I was told he was not a salesman there, I was told Joe Hodczak could help me by Dawn McAdam, Client Relations Manager. Joe was a bit rude and just said the car was no longer available and they wouldn't be getting any others. When I expressed my displeasure to Dawn, she said "Jose" helped handle overflow phone & web traffic and shouldn't have quoted prices, but he did! To make matter worse I received a boilerplate email from Joe thanking me for visiting the dealership and hoped my experience was excellent. WHAT A JOKE! More
