Great Experience, Efficient and Prepared We had a great experience purchasing our first Cadillac from Heritage Cadillac. Joe handled the sale and he gave us all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Since this is our first Cadillac we were looking for a lot of information and we really got everything we needed. They were prepared and the process was very efficient. Financing papers with Frank was also a great experience. They make you feel very comfortable and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More
