They had a vehicle all picked out for me, pictures sent to me, and all the financing info before I came in. When I got there all I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. They made it so easy and hassle free. Both were very responsive to text/email whenever I had questions, and I only had to make 1 trip to the dealership.
