First I wanted a truck, then I wanted a car, then I wanted a truck. Next it cost more than expected. My sales person, Joe, was very professional and kept me apprise over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. Their customer service is top notch. I purchased a new 2021 Tundra TRD Pro from JNT in October 2020. Even then new trucks with desirable options were in high demand and virtually non existent inventory. I talked with several dealers and none 2020. Even then new trucks with desirable options were in high demand and virtually non existent inventory. I talked with several dealers and none of them offered any solutions to utilize the dealership buying power to have a TRD Pro scooped up as it was exiting the assembly line in Texas and have it re-routed and transported to Oklahoma. All this changed when I called JNT and spoke with Joe Krautheim. He offered it as a solution and successfully pulled off a Herculean effort. Within a few days my new Tundra TRD Pro arrived fresh from the assembly line with less than 5 miles on it!! Joe is very professional, knowledgeable about all Toyotas and customer centric driven. There was zero double talk and zero attempts to try to sell me something that I didn’t want. I very much appreciated his tenacity and hard fought efforts in getting me the exact Tundra I wanted. Joe is the very best and I highly recommend him!! More
