I have been getting my Jetta GLI serviced here for the past year and-a-half and am happy with the quality and cost of the service that has been performed. I would recommend calling to schedule service ins past year and-a-half and am happy with the quality and cost of the service that has been performed. I would recommend calling to schedule service instead of using the online scheduler as the service managers themselves are good about recommending only what needs to be done. I will definitely continue to trust my car with the service department at VW Boucher of Franklin. More

Was very happy with Joe the salesman we meet at dealership. We had known what we wanted and short time to see vehicle. Joe let us test drive a vehicle that we were looking at on market place. Good stuff! Boucher VW knows their stuff, and I'm relaxed knowing that my issues will be resolved.. Service and parts dept. are wonderful.
