My experience at Boucher was an anomaly. Unfortunately, the Title to the vehicle I wanted to buy got lost, and it took 2 months for a new one to be acquired. However, Joe in sales got me a brand new VW CC the Title to the vehicle I wanted to buy got lost, and it took 2 months for a new one to be acquired. However, Joe in sales got me a brand new VW CC to drive (free of charge) and was in constant contact, while I waited. It wasn’t ideal to have to wait as long as I did, but it was totally worth it. In the end, the guys at Boucher were able to drop my APR by over 3% and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for better service! More
