In the past year or two I feel like the service at this location has gown downhill. It simply doesn't feel like there is a desire to provide excellent service and address my concerns as a customer. I have location has gown downhill. It simply doesn't feel like there is a desire to provide excellent service and address my concerns as a customer. I have been leasing from this Toyota dealership for the past 8 years, but I am considering going elsewhere, as I often feel that my concerns are not particularly important to the service staff. The attitude is best described as blase. Also I have no evidence that my vehicle is ever sanitized after being serviced. I always do this myself. I was disappointed recently as I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance, waited 4.5 hours for it to be finished, and then just 3 weeks later, an indicator light started coming on re: the washer fluid. This shouldn't happen so soon after a service. Feels like sloppy work. More

Service department is lazy and very inconstant. I have canceled my Toyota Care because of it. Joanna is a fabulous Toyota rep as are the others who always keep you updated. Joanna goes the extra mile and makes great suggestions for places to go while you're waiting, like good coffee and farmer's always keep you updated.
