This is my second time going to Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo and both times have been excellent service! I have worked with Joe McGinty as my service advisor on both visits and he taken care of me above and bey and both times have been excellent service! I have worked with Joe McGinty as my service advisor on both visits and he taken care of me above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any other dealer. I drive a 2005 Explorer that has been in the family since it was new and it has always been well maintained. The nearly 240,000 miles have taken their toll but it keeps running strong and the techs at Morrie’s have helped keep it on the road. I work in the Motorsports industry on the technical side and I am always blown away by how clean and orderly the service department is, how dialed it works, and the service I get. I will always be bringing my beloved Explorer to them for all its service needs and where I will eventually replace it with a new Ford. Awesome customer service and they checked out my car front to back. I had alot of maintenance done by Buffalo Ford that was recommended from a previous dealer that I went to plus more. 4 new tires.
