Service was fine. They fixed what needed to be fixed, but the communication was TERRIBLE. They picked my car up for service via their valet system on Friday. The service technician called me once my car was received and stated that they were uncertain how long it would take to service the vehicle and that it might take until Saturday. He assured me he would call back before the end of business on Friday with an update. Didn’t hear anything from them on Friday. Called the dealership on Saturday for an update. No one was able to speak with me right then but I was assured that someone would call me back. No one called me back on Saturday. On Sunday I called and left a voicemail requesting someone call me as soon as possible on Monday. On Monday I finally received a text that included a service video. The video was dated from Friday afternoon! Then someone finally called to tell me my vehicle was done and we arraigned valet service back to my home. I received a text letting me know they would notify me when the vehicle was on its way. And that was the last thing I heard from them. 4 hours later imagine my shock that I find my car sitting in my driveway, unlocked with the keys visible in the council! Who knows how long it had been sitting there, ripe for stealing! No one knocked on my door or called or texted as promised. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. They assured me someone would call me back ASAP on Monday afternoon. Now it is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them. Never bringing my vehicle back to Morris’s Ford Buffalo. More

I bought my new Ford Edge on 2022. This is my third Ford Edge since 2014. I love it. To bad they have been discontinued. Really, really sorry I can’t get free car washes more, especial This is my third Ford Edge since 2014. I love it. To bad they have been discontinued. While easy to make an appointment, after I dropped my car off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and th off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and they were still doing an oil change. They did not seem at all prepared to help us. Then told me my Michelin tires with only 27,000 miles on them were “nearly bald”. Since we bought the vehicle new from Morrie’s Buffalo we asked to have them look into whether we had defective tires. We have received absolutely no follow up to that issue. Completely unimpressed by this service. Not trustworthy advice. More

The communication could improve. I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The number attached to the text and email does not work "d I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The number attached to the text and email does not work "disconnected" when I found another number on the website and got through the automated options nobody answered the phone. So I just showed up. The actual work done was fine and I enjoyed the inspection video, but it did not specify that my work was completed. Not the first communication issue I've had. When I bought the car I was told I'd be called to set up my rust protection. After a month I called to get it set up. More
