We have been looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler for some time. We called to ask about a Jeep I found online. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and answered a lot of our questions. She set up an appointment for us as we were traveling about a hour away. Unfortunately on our arrival the Jeep we were looking was being sold as we walked in. No fault to anyone at the dealership, as I didn’t ask it to be held. My wife was disappointed but Joe Melfi o weed to show us some of the other Jeep’s just in. He was very helpful and we found a Jeep that met all our needs plus being the newer model with a lot less Miles. We had a trade in and it was a easy transfer of our custom plates.
