My wife coordinated ahead of time to drop her vehicle off at the service department early in the morning this past Tuesday, approximately at 7:30 AM. When we receive no call by 4:10 PM, I called and was told at the service department early in the morning this past Tuesday, approximately at 7:30 AM. When we receive no call by 4:10 PM, I called and was told the car hadn’t been touched all day, But they could get to it in the morning. Suffice it to say we were not happy! This would’ve meant her missing another day without access to her vehicle. We picked up her car shortly there after. My wife is now deciding whether to bring it back to your dealership or to take it to another establishment. More

Went in for an oil change and rear brake pad replacement. After they did the brake inspection, was informed my brakes still had a lot of miles left on them and a brake job wasn't necessary.
