They got the part I needed to fix my car the very next day and gave me a courtesy car while my car was being repaired so that I did not have to miss my 3 doctor’s appointments that had been scheduled whe day and gave me a courtesy car while my car was being repaired so that I did not have to miss my 3 doctor’s appointments that had been scheduled whe I had issues with my car. They jacked up a repair price quote by 1000 dollars. I'll never go there again for repairs. They quoted a price of 1700 dollars and I said that's great because Pruitt's said they would do it for 4500 I'll never go there again for repairs. Then he came back with a price that was a 1000 dollars higher. That xx in my book. I called Eckenrod ford in cullman and they gave me a better price and they completed the with in three days of me calling them. I'll never go to Layton or Pruitt dealerships ever again. More

I was at the dealership getting my truck serviced and 2 tire pressure sensors replaced. I was there for 4 1/2 hours.
