I was the first appointment there. I waited, as a woman through a window eating her donuts look at me and let me wait, a gentleman walked through and said someone would be there to he I waited, as a woman through a window eating her donuts look at me and let me wait, a gentleman walked through and said someone would be there to help me, I dropped my car off, called twice on that Friday, never to hear anything from anyone. I called Monday at 8:45 left message, at noon I saw where my car finally was pulled into the bay. Afternoon noon I called again and demand that i finally talked to someone, He told me that my car would be done by 5. He also stated they were swamp with little help. I totally understand that, but i also told him no communication was worse than no return calls. I don’t care if they needed more time, just communicate. I was please they fixed my car, they even fixed a recall I hadn’t fixed. I’m only writing to explain my visit, you can’t fix things you don’t know about. Overall I was please, they need others to help make calls. Maybe next time , she put her donut down and try to help the others in the shop. More
