They were very accommodating and got my vehicle in and out quickly and completed the service I took it in for and also took care of the recalls that it had that I wasn’t aware of. I also overheard the ser out quickly and completed the service I took it in for and also took care of the recalls that it had that I wasn’t aware of. I also overheard the service manager going over some issues with an employee about someone else’s car, he said “No until y’all find what’s wrong and get it fixed don’t let that car leave here, the customer brought it in with a problem and we don’t let it leave til we get it fixed” that impressed me hearing that. I made an appointment to have my 2018 f 150 lariat fixed, there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it would be reddy the following day. I called the next day it wasn't reddy. I called the next week, it had been a week and a half. And was told, it wasn't reddy. I told them I would be over to pick up my truck and have some other dealer to repair it. I thought since I made an appointment, that it would would repaired on that date. But it wasn't. I have always had good service at Lynn Layton ford. I have purchased several ford's from Lynn Layton over the years and never had a problem. I was always treated right at the service dept, no one else has ever serviced my vehicle's. I will now have to go to another dealer. More
