Not what I was expecting- ina very good way! I initially came in to Bill Currie last weekend just to see what they would offer to trade in my 2012 Focus. This car is part of the Focus transmission lawsuit, and I was feeling pretty burned by Ford. I also had an absolutely horrid experience at a local Nissan dealership about a month prior. They used what I can only describe as "predatory" sales tactics. To say that I was not looking forward to talking with another car salesman (at Ford no less) would be an understatement. Enter Bill Currie sales assoc. Joe Moon. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Within just a minute or two after shaking his hand I was very much at ease. Not pushy, no pressure whatsoever. I explained my situation: single mom supporting a son in college, tight budget, needing a newer used car that I can afford and, hopefully, feel good about driving until my son finishes school. Joe took the time to really listen to my wants and needs. Although I looked at and drove several vehicles, the one I ended up buying was actually his first suggestion. Exactly what I was looking for. We were at the dealership late on a Saturday night, well past closing by the time the sale was finalized. Through it all, Joe remained patient and welcoming and did everything he could to get me into a great car within my budget. I will VERY HIGHLY recommend this gentleman to anyone I know is looking to buy a car! I am sorry that I do not remember the name of the finance person who assisted- he was great as well! More

Poor service feel deceived on sale Bought a used truck that was advertised as having no accidents . After having a a short time I can see signs that there must have been some damage to Bought a used truck that was advertised as having no accidents . After having a a short time I can see signs that there must have been some damage to the drivers side. It's missing the pinstripes on the front and rear drivers side doors. Also the weather strip in side the drivers door was not installed properly. I took the truck back to the dealership to have them check out a vibration I could feel. I told them it felt like the transmission and front end. They called me said the truck was ready that they checked transmission and drivetrain and they were okay. They said they balanced tires and that the truck was all good and that it was a great riding truck. I picked up the truck and started my 2 hour ride home. It didn't take long to feel the same vibration that I had brought it there for. I will seek out another dealership to work on my truck from now on. Would not recommend! More

I was lucky when calling for more information to be sent to Joe Moon in sales. Since we live in South Carolina and the dealership is in Tampa, Florida we needed someone to be honest with us... not only about the condition of the vehicle, but also in negotiating the price and making arrangements to finalize the out of state deal. Mr. Moon was definitely that person. He stayed on top of negotiating our offers and, once the sale was made, he tried to make everything as easy as possible for us to complete the deal. We drove over 8 hours to get the vehicle and after meeting Mr. Moon in person could not be happier with his caring attitude and professional demeanor. If anyone is in the market for a Ford, new or preowned, and is either in the Tampa area or willing to travel for what you want, we highly recommed asking for Joe Moon at Bill Currie Ford. More

Great overall experience! Thank you Mr. Moon and Mr. Camara! I just purchased a F-150 from Bill Carrie Ford. Mr Joe Moon gave me the confidence that I was making a good decision on the particular vehicle based o I just purchased a F-150 from Bill Carrie Ford. Mr Joe Moon gave me the confidence that I was making a good decision on the particular vehicle based on the information I relayed to him. He was extremely Kind, professional and personal and it took about 10 minutes to realize that I wanted to purchase the vehicle after discussing details with him. The following day, I had a few concerns regarding my decision on a 4 wheel drive versus a 2 wheel drive. I showed up on memorial day and found the general sales manager Mr. Camara cooking hamburgers for the employees that day, he kindly took the time to review my purchase and listen to my concerns and made me feel 100% confident in my purchase. Both, Mr. Moon and Mr. Camara made me a happy customer and took care of little things without hesitation. I will recommend both the dealership , the sale professional Mr. Moon and their Leader Mr. Camera to my associates and anyone who may be in the market for a Ford vehicle , I have nothing but kind words to say about my experience, I plan on waiting till that awesome Red Lariat 4wd gets to my price point so I can one day upgrade, they are both on it for me!!!
