I have bought my last several cars from Lexus of Wayzata. I had a new sales guy this time, Joe, and he really went above and beyond for me. I bought a car without realizing there were no after-market trailer I had a new sales guy this time, Joe, and he really went above and beyond for me. I bought a car without realizing there were no after-market trailer hitches available for this car (it’s a newer model). This was really important to me for my bike rack which is hitch mounted. Joe researched several places and actually found a place not far from me that would do a custom hitch. When I dropped my car off for the hitch, I accidentally left my wallet in it. Well, I trust Joe so much I told him I would pick up the wallet when I pick up my car with the new custom trailer hitch (2 days later). That’s how much I trust Joe! More
