Exhaustive sale........ Leaving another brand behind after 5 cars, I visited the dealership OFTEN, took a LOT of test rides and presented a LOT of questions. Kameron McGee, Bob Horwitz and Mike Dalton were very helpful and patient. Other personel answered my questions although I wasn't their customer. All explained the brand, models and the dealership. Although I'm cynical by nature, they won me over with their sincereity and low pressure demeanor. Bob Horwitz continues to follow up on a couple of loose ends and is as attentive to my satisfaction as he was before the sale. When I finally did commit to a sale, a problem came up as the credit burea did not unfreeze my information as requested. Sergio Pena and Becky Stenson advised there was no problem and we proceded with the deal. DId I get the best deal possible? Don't know........But I had confidence that the staff was interested in my continued satisfaction and that they were proud of their product. The monthly lease payment was what I wanted to spend............... More
