In the End, A good Experience The facility is nice with amenities. They quickly helped me and got me to try what i was looking for. I then ordered the car. The original time quoted The facility is nice with amenities. They quickly helped me and got me to try what i was looking for. I then ordered the car. The original time quoted was 3-4 months but the actual delivery time was 6 months. While not entirely the dealers fault, this was very frustrating. They did eventually give a stop gap of a rental for the last 2 weeks of waiting. In the future offering this sooner would make this complaint a non-issue. In the end the car came as promised and I was very satisfied with it all. More

That is different from some other dealerships that are interested in you only until they complete the sale. More

New car for family Everything was great, we got the new car that we want, perfect color for both inside and outside. Awesome car buying experience My husband and I worked with Joe and he was the perfect person to partner with to find a new vehicle. He walked us through all of our options, was super knowledgeable about each vehicle and even fielded multiple questions from my parents who came along for the purchase as well. He was friendly and very warm and welcoming and never pushy. He kept us in the loop when a vehicle we liked came in and was timely in providing pictures and car details. Little things like being at the door and holding the door when we arrived at the dealership really made us feel special. The experience was really enjoyable and we are thrilled with our new purchase! Customer service at its best. Scott in finance was also top notch and helped the final pieces come together nicely. He didn’t rush us or pressure us. More
