Sayed was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in answering my questions and presenting different purchasing options. I've purchased other Infiniti cars from Grubbs and I've always received the same consistent, courteous service which has impressed me with Grubb's brand and culture! This experience and the entire process with Sayed further reinforced my strong positive impression of the strong culture and their commitment to quality people! Joe O'Day, the Sales Manager and Gerry Truax, the Finance Manager were also extremely helpful and professional further enhancing the experience. All through the process the attention to detail and follow-up were impressive! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have purchased 26 cars in my lifetime between my husband and I. This dealership by far is the worst I have ever purchased a car from. My sales person was great. The sales manager Joe was a total jerk. I had problems after purchasing my car getting the add on features that we owed to me. The finance Dept. deliberately wrote my contract wrong and would not correct it and when I challenged them on it were VERY rude to me. BUY YOUR CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More

Free Starbucks coffee is just icing on the Grubb's cake! I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the people of Grubb's Infiniti are! Never have I been treated so well buying a car that I think of as a I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the people of Grubb's Infiniti are! Never have I been treated so well buying a car that I think of as a spaceship. First they put me in what I truly needed for my business needs instead of focusing on making the largest sale ever. Yes, I'm going to get free Starbucks coffee long as I have my infiniti and so this is a bipartisan review on my part. The break room had free coffee, drinks, food, wifi, huge tv's, GOOD Greek yogurt, candy and many other snacks that kept my 3 year old at bay. Yes, I'm really looking forward to getting my car washed for free any time it is ever needed but I also see that as an excuse to go hang around some really genuine caring people. OK, enough mushy stuff, let me get to the nuts and bolts of the experience. This Q70L I purchased is nothing short of a futuristic sweet riding spaceship and all of the customers I have been driving around Dallas in it are just blown away even more than I am! Grand Canyon Spacious, smooth and more tech than I could ever want or need. Voice activation for my phone and nav really are perfect for my needs driving around the city and all of the seats and stirring wheel being heated is just ridiculously neato. Lastly a truly beautiful fine automobile and the delivery of it Grubb's gave literally rolling out a red carpet for me before driving it out of the show room, well now that's just very cool! My 3 year even made a big mess with her snacks all and they could of cared less.... PS - Your squeaky clean bathrooms even ROCK! Way to go and thank you so much Grubb's infiniti! Had been a Sewell Infiniti customer for 4 cars until my last 2. Candidly, came to Grubbs the first time for a better price, I came back the second time because the price and SERVICE were far superior at G last 2. I don't know if Sewell is slipping or if Grubbs is that good at their game - but Joe and the Grubbs team really have it figured out right now. I would highly recommend Joe O'Day and Grubbs Infiniti. From start to finish Joe was true to his word. In his initial email to me, he stated he would make it a fun, fast experience! What I appreciated the most was the fact that once I introduced my 17 year o initial email to me, he stated he would make it a fun, fast experience! What I appreciated the most was the fact that once I introduced my 17 year old son (who we were buying the car for) he directed his questions to him instead of us. All the other dealerships acted as if he wasn't there. This made an impression on my son. It is the little things that make a huge difference - simply treating him as if he was the buyer. When it came time to make the deal - he was honest and fair. You can't ask for more than that. Next step was the financing - in comes Mark.... The dreaded finance office - wait - it wasn't dreadful at all! Mark was easy going - thorough, fast and charming. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need - didn't pressure and made us feel welcome in his office. I can assure you that if I need to purchase another vehicle - I will stop there first to see my two favorites - Joe and Mark! You should be very proud to have these men on your team! More
