Owned a 2011 Volvo C70 convertible, but was not happy with the lack of standard equipment in similar class vehicles. After doing some research, i went to Grubbs, where I met Joe. My first impression wa with the lack of standard equipment in similar class vehicles. After doing some research, i went to Grubbs, where I met Joe. My first impression was he knew the product, wasn't pushy, and wanted to serve me. He proactively located a vehicle with my specs, worked with the sales manager, Wes, who also ended up being very helpful, and closed the deal. The car was delivered to my work place with the appropriate documentation and transaction was complete. This was a very pleasant experience and see myself buying my next car at Grubbs. More

I came to Grubbs Infiniti to purchase a used 2010 G37 sedan. Joe O'Day and Pete Hankins were very helpful in answering all of my questions and were amazing to work with. I met with Mr. O'Day for a short time at the dealership. Went home and reviewed the info about the car then I emailed him about what I wanted in regards to the type of car, gave him an idea about the price Went home and reviewed the info about the car then I emailed him about what I wanted in regards to the type of car, gave him an idea about the price I expect to pay, and indicated to him that I would like to finish the transaction by email before I come and collect the car. He did all the above in the same day. I even accepted the price he offered without bargaining - he was extremely efficient. I went to the dealership in the evening signed some papers and drove my car home. I highly recommend Mr. Joe O'Day to serious customers. Actually, in addition to his efficiency, he is very friendly, helpful and fun to deal with. I recommend him to the not very serious customers as well. More

My wife owned a 1993 Lexus ES300 that I bought her new for Mothers Day. She loved the vehicle and babied it all the time. After 18 years and 84000 miles the transmission went out on it and Lexus would not for Mothers Day. She loved the vehicle and babied it all the time. After 18 years and 84000 miles the transmission went out on it and Lexus would not help in any way since it was 18 years old and the service (changing the oil and filters) was not done at a Lexus Dealership even though I had proof that I had maintained the proper service on it. This upset my wife to no end and said she would not buy another Lexus. So in March she decided she needed to look at other manufacturers. She looked at a Lincoln MKX and was not impressed with it for the price and pressure to buy. I then took her to look at Infiniti's since my best friend had raved about them. When we walked in we were greeted by Mike Rabbas and she told him that she was just looking. He said if he could be of any assistance to please let him know. After looking and being impressed with the FX35 we stopped by and told him that if we decided to buy that we would come back to see him. There was NO PRESSURE!!! Two months later we went back and looked at the FX35 again since it was at the top of her list and it would cost thousands to repair her Lexus. She decied she wanted to buy the FX35 so we sat down with Mike and talked about it. After about 1 hour she owned a 2011 FX35 and was just beaming with joy. At the time I owned a 2009 Ford Edge and after driving the FX35 decided I needed to figure a way to get one for myself. Mike stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of what was happening with incentives and interest. On August 13th I went in to see Mike and discuss the purchase of another FX35. I told him at first I was going to wait on the 2012 model, but just couldn't wait and was ready to buy one for myself. About 2 hours later I drove off in my new 2011 FX35. Now we have two in our family. Mike was the best sales experience I have ever encountered in the 34 years I have been buying new vehicles. The service I receive from George is almost as good as I used to get from Johnny Woods (Director and part Owner)at Hillard Auto Park. But that is difficult to match and George has come the closet to it. Yes I feel I will never receive the service I received from Johnny after he retired because he would always take care of me on the spur of the moment since I worked out of town all the time. Time will tell, but I will go out of my way to use the Service at Grubbs Infiniti. More

We were very satisfied with our current luxury SUV from another Japanese supplier, but decided to look around without limiting our choices. We were pleasantly surprised with the QX56 and decided to purchase a new car. That is only half the story -- since it is a luxury vehicle we needed to feel confident that the dearlership would treat us fairly and provide the services we might need following the sale. Our sales person Joe O'Day provided us with that confidence with the direct and friendly service he provided. About a year ago we looked at a sports model, but settled on a competitor, Joe stayed in touch to maintain a relationship even though we did not buy. More

I was pleasantly surprised and greatly enjoyed working with the Grubbs Infiniti Team. Joe O'Day, Internet Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. He seemed to know that I was not going to be persuaded in with the Grubbs Infiniti Team. Joe O'Day, Internet Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. He seemed to know that I was not going to be persuaded into doing anything I wasn't prepared to do. He allowed me to ask questions I already knew the answers too and simply reinforced or confirmed my feelings about Infiniti. Mark Cameron, Finance Manager picked up right where Joe left off, and made me feel I was making the right decision. Kudos to all those involved as I believe you may have just found a customer for life. More

I founnd the internet sales rep Louie Huff very nice to work the deal out with. Joe, did an excellent job on the test drive. It was the best car buying experience ever. Sales person was not pushy, & bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Worked with every request I had & even offered a few incentives to make sure that I was ha was not pushy, & bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Worked with every request I had & even offered a few incentives to make sure that I was happy. When it came time to make a deal it was what can we do to make your experience the best possible. I put down my terms & I was met about 95% of the way. There was no back & forth haggling, no this is the best we can do, take or leave it. When they couldn't give something up on cost, there was an incentive thrown my way to help the deal in my favor & it was actual pennies on the dollar. I walked away extremely happy & with the car that I was searching for. I highly recommend the dealership because it's about making the customer happy, doing what needs to be done, within reason to make the deal far for all parties involved. That I will take every time. More
