The facility, staff and quality is the best I've seen in my lifetime of buying cars! Everyone is just so FUN to talk with and be around. We started off working with one of the manager's, Nate, and he made me laugh probably every second of the way. He made sure he addressed my concerns, and did a fabulous job assisting with finding me the perfect Lexus. I didn't feel pressured one bit and the process from start to finish was 100% professional. Even the General Manager, Joe, made sure we were taken care of and showed us around the facility to ensure we were comfortable and knew where everything was. We picked out the new 2018 Lexus RX 350 SUV and decided to take it home that day. We signed paper work with Jordon and he was like a big teddy bear, he was so nice! I definitely recommend Lexus of Brookfield and specifically the staff I've mentioned! You guys are the best!!! More
