Overall our experience with Patrick VW was good. Joe was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. He made the final part of the process very smooth and enjoyable. The process of coming to our final a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. He made the final part of the process very smooth and enjoyable. The process of coming to our final deal had a bit more back and forth than I was hoping. I wish they had given me their best price initially without needing to negotiate so much (Internet sales, not Joe). Ultimately we got far and away the best price from Patrick and they worked hard to find us the car we wanted given limited inventory. I also wish the limited inventory had been communicated a little better up front as we came to a deal in a car that was not available. More
